We're seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to design and implement innovative marketing strategies for our clients European operations. In this role, you'll drive the full lifecycle of customer-facing campaigns across their proprietary digital channels, working closely with international teams to boost engagement and performance for their growing retail offerings. This is a unique chance to shape the customer experience and contribute to a business that's quickly evolving.What You'll Do:Manage the deployment of all owned channel campaigns across multiple European languages, including email, push notifications, and onsite placements.Act as the primary contact for local marketing teams, coordinating campaign details, copy, and creative assets.Utilise automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline repetitive marketing tasks.Monitor live campaign performance and optimize proactively to achieve target metrics.Collaborate with analytics specialists to generate insights for future campaign planning.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in the end-to-end execution of digital traffic campaigns, particularly on owned channels, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer retail sectors.A strong ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with a talent for leveraging automation and optimizing workflows.Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills, ensuring seamless coordination across diverse teams.Demonstrated technical aptitude for monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments.Fluency in English (written and spoken), with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
