Company Overview You will be joining a very large and well-known global Entertainment business as their Receptionist/Accounts Payable Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This dual role will support the smooth daily operation of the office and provide essential assistance with both financial and administrative processes. This is a senior-level Receptionist position that combines front-of-house responsibilities with key support in expense management, accounts payable and transactional finance duties. You will be based in their Central London office 5 days a week, with some flexibility on the core working hours. Role Responsibilities In your new role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of office presentation, welcoming and managing visitors, responding to phone calls, managing courier/postal/logistics services, ordering and maintaining office supplies/equipment inventories, providing general admin support, scheduling appointments and meetings, assisting in coordinating business travel arrangements and process related reimbursements/expense reports. You will manage the supplier email inbox, process employee expenses, clear any existing backlogs, ensure accurate documentation, reconcile travel supplier invoices by matching costs to project codes and upload invoices to the invoice processing software. Role Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience in a Receptionist or Front-of-House role with exposure to Finance/Accounts Payable functions. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, an outstanding work ethic and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strong communicator and have the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders across the business. In Return You will receive an annual salary of up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
