If you’ve got what it takes to provide a high touch tailored service to our members we have a great opportunity for you to join a truly fantastic global business.We are looking for a Lifestyle Manager to manage the relationship with our members overnight ensuring high individual engagement, satisfaction, loyalty and retention.KEY DUTIESReactively handling all incoming lifestyle & leisure-related requests & enquiries from Members in accordance with set guidelines which will be trained and monitoredResearching and arranging of: travel bookings, restaurant bookings, club bookings and much moreAdhering to Company standard phone greeting – with appropriate Member address & consistent levels of courtesyProviding quality suggestions at all times which exceed Member expectationsIntensive & extensive phone and email-based correspondenceUsing a CRM system to log Member requests, actioning requests and updating Member informationHOURS OF WORK4 nights on, 4 nights off36 hours per week, 10:00pm – 8:00am.You will be entitled to a 1-hour unpaid break.You will be required to work weekends on a shift rota basis.REQUIREMENTSMust be fluent-spoken and written in English.
