Trainer Delivery Operations (manual handling, customer service, driver coaching) Role: Full Time, 40 hours, Permanent Location: Nottingham Site | Supporting across multiple sites Help us drive excellence and inspire others to do the same. What youll be doing: As a key part of the delivery operations team, youll shape the Ocado customer experience through impactful site based training and development. You will: Deliver training to new and existing staff on customer service, food safety, manual handling, and safe systems of work Provide both practical and theory-based driver coaching to improve risk awareness, driving skills, and promote a positive driving mindset Offer constructive feedback and track trainee progress Keep training records accurate, complete, and audit-ready Be responsible for delivering the full suite of training required at the site, including Site Marshal training. We''re also looking for someone whos keen to grow and developparticularly in delivering compliance-based courses such as Food Safety and Health & Safety, as needed. What youll bring: A clean record: DVSA Approved Driving Instructor status (Fleet registered is a bonus) No live sanctions No MVIR in the last 12 months No more than 3 points on your driving licence Confidence to work independently and as part of a specialist team A flexible approach to delivering training at various locations Strong working knowledge of the Google Suite, PowerPoint, and UK traffic regulations Ability to deliver clear, honest feedback to help others grow Why Ocado?
