Compliance Officer Location: Horwich, Bolton Hybrid working. Contract: Permanent Join Our Team as a Compliance Officer! Are you passionate about governance, risk management, and data protection? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our Legal and Compliance team and help maintain high standards across the Group. Role Purpose: As a Compliance Officer, you will report to the Compliance Manager and play a vital role in overseeing key governance controls, supporting business units, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. What Youll Do: Support the Compliance team in executing the annual Compliance business plan. Manage the Compliance inbox and respond to internal/external queries. Assist in maintaining ISO 27001 certification and GDPR obligations. Oversee data protection incident classification and investigation reports. Coordinate audits, supplier management, and business continuity planning. Conduct internal training sessions and awareness campaigns. Review, update, and ensure the effectiveness of policy frameworks. About You: 5 Years experience in a compliance role Knowledge of GDPR (Essential). Experience in a Compliance role within a regulated environment (Desirable). Familiarity with ISO 27001 (Desirable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Self-motivated, professional, and a great team player.
