Health and Safety Apprenticeship - 28K a year!To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.The role will be both office and site based providing advice to others on how to work without harming themselves or others. Technicians will work with management and delivery teams to advise on the statutory health, safety and environmental requirements as they affect the companys operations. They will assist the management team in ensuring that the legal and company SHE requirements are implemented.For this Thames Water scheme, duties may include:Develop, review, and execute safe systems of work.Create and deliver training packages (e.g., toolbox talks & inductions)Investigate and report incidents in the workplace.Analyse data and present findings to the management teamUndertake site visits to construction sites to check on site safety standards.Review and approve risk assessments and method statements.Enforce health and safety requirements.Identify hazards and implement solutions.Planning emergency procedures.Adhering to environmental and safety laws.Implement health and safety standards such as ISO 45001 etc.K10 are a disability confident employer, who are proud to support apprentices in the workplace and at college.
