As of now products from our own brands and our growing client base are sold and distributed across the UK, USA, EU as well as Asia and South America.Due to a recent surge in growth, we’ve been making changes to our long-term strategy to drive efficiency and performance across our operations team. STYRKR are seeking an experienced Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the Business Operations Director and working alongside the Logistics and Warehouse Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee the operations leadership team consisting of Purchasing, Supply Chain and Production. The role will require an in-depth knowledge of operations and manufacturing as well as an understanding of Oracle NetSuite ERP system. The right person for the role will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running and push themselves outside of their comfort zone. Alongside this, you will be required to live and breathe our core values.Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:1. Production OversightCoordinate both in-house and external manufacturing to meet forecasts and timelinesManage production planning and schedulingOversee quality control procedures and continuous product quality improvements2. Supply Chain & ProcurementManage supplier relationships, raw material sourcing, and purchasingNegotiate costs, MOQs, lead times, and delivery schedulesForecast demand and align procurement strategies accordingly3. Inventory & Stock ControlOversee stock levels across all channels (D2C, Amazon, B2B) and warehouse locationsImplement and manage stock rotation, stock takes, and shrinkage reduction strategiesEnsure accurate, real-time stock visibility across systems4. Warehouse, Logistics & FulfilmentOversee warehousing and logistics operations (in-house and 3PL)Ensure efficient order dispatch, Amazon FBA prep, and delivery performance (OTIF)Optimise packaging, delivery costs, and returns handling5. Operational Systems & Process ImprovementLead the implementation of a new project management platform (e.g. ClickUp, Asana)Drive adoption, training, and cross-team alignment on project workflowsDocument and optimise SOPs across operationsChampion automation and process efficiency across all operational workflowsImplement Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks6. Workforce & People ManagementLead warehouse, production, and operations staffMonitor production plans and staff scheduling to respond rapidly to demand shiftsConduct regular performance reviews and provide structured feedbackImplement measurable improvements in team efficiency, output, and accountabilityManage shift planning, onboarding, training, and upskilling7. Health & SafetyEnsure full H&S compliance across all operational sitesLead regular safety audits and training sessionsMaintain policies and documentation in line with legal requirements8. Compliance & RegulatoryMaintain adherence to food safety, labelling, and manufacturing regulationsEnsure compliance with export/import, Amazon, and retailer-specific requirementsSupport BRC/GMP/ISO readiness and certification processes9.
