Are you an experienced Receptionist with at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services? We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to work with one of our brilliant US law firms based in the heart of London near St Pauls!This is an excellent opportunity to not only join a notable firm but also work at their brand new offices! With this in mind, we are looking for someone fueled with the desire to represent the firm's name, providing nothing less than 5-star hospitality!Working days: Monday to FridayWorking hours: 10:00 - 18:30 Salary: up to £40,000 DOE To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years of Front of House/Receptionist experience. Previous experience in a law firm is highly desired however will consider professional services background.Duties include:Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, including senior staff from the USAnswer telephone calls promptly and monitor the reception inboxMaintaining the cleanliness of the reception and foyer areaLiaise with the building managementAssist with arranging visits including booking taxis and office spacesStock and inventory checksSupport with event administration where requiredOther duties as and when requiredSkills required:Exceptional customer service skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalIT proficient and ability to use internal systems and Microsoft OfficePunctual, reliable and trustworthyAbility to provide operational excellence at all timesIf this role sounds like you and you meet the criteria above, please apply now as we’d love to hear from you!Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
