Job Description

Sales Consultant – Job Description- Contacting warm leads generated via internal marketing- Booking appointments with potential customers, to obtain a quote for them on their desired products.- Travelling around London and surrounding areas for aforementioned appointments- Following up potential customers through the sales cycle- Following up customer enquiries- Chasing suppliers for delivery ETA and chasing supply only orders- Booking installations with our fitting team at a time that also suits the customer- Updating customers on the progress of their installations- This role is commission only and depending on the sales you generate, will include a bonus scheme- Casual dress during work hours / days, does not include tracksuits- Work from home, unless attending appointments that you will be booking in - Monday – Friday with weekend availability- Job types available: Full-time only on a Permanent or Temp to perm basisExpectations- Highly self-motivated individual who has ability to hit targets- Confident communication skills (in person, on the phone and via email)- IT knowledge is required, specifically MS (Excel and Word mostly)- Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) is preferred but can be taught if necessary- Ability to comfortably sell over the phone and in person- Must have excellent Customer Service- Own a laptop that can be used for work- Full driving licence and having your own car is necessary- Be proactive and self-sufficient
