A well-established travel brand based in South London, just 25 minutes from London Bridge is seeing an experienced Product Designer to enhance their overall experience. My client specialises in creating a wide variety of tailored, escorted holidays and unique travel experiences that inspire and delight travellers. The company fosters a friendly, focused office culture with a genuine 9-5 approach and offers hybrid working with fixed office days on Monday and Wednesday.The RoleWe’re looking for a sole Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead the design and user experience improvements across the website and booking journey. This is a full-time or 12-month fixed-term contract role with the option for 4 days a week (pro rata).You’ll work closely with ecommerce, tech, and creative teams, owning UX/UI design across multiple projects that impact thousands of travellers monthly. Your responsibilities include redesigning booking flows, evolving the design system, creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma, collaborating with developers for smooth handovers, and presenting design ideas to stakeholders.The Candidate5+ years’ experience designing ecommerce websites, preferably in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or similar industriesMinimum 2 years’ hands-on experience designing booking or checkout journeys (portfolio must demonstrate this)Strong UX skills combined with sharp UI attention to detailComfortable working within brand guidelines while innovating fresh solutionsExperienced collaborator across teams including ecommerce, marketing, development, and BADesign system advocate, organised with clean files and smooth developer handoversBasic knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to inclusive designProficient in Figma with strong prototyping and testing experienceExperience designing for a diverse customer base is a plusA passion for travel and enhancing customer journeys is a bonusIf you want to be the sole Product Designer driving digital innovation for a travel brand known for unforgettable, tailored holiday experiences — get in touch!
