Our global team of 500+ professionals spans 40+ countries worldwide, offering expert counselling, admissions support, visa guidance, and university partnerships.Main DutiesThe Education Consultant is responsible for providing high quality advice and guidance to international students seeking to study in the UK and other popular study destinations. The scope for this role includes, but is not limited to, assisting with the selection of both institution and course of study, supporting the applicant throughout the entire admission process and providing timely updates to prospective students as well as internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high quality counselling to prospective international students via a variety of online and offline channels, including but not limited to phone, email, messaging apps and in person.Assist with university applications, obtaining offers and facilitating enrolmentsProvide advice and guidance on all aspects of Admissions and entry requirements to UK Universities.Follow-up on new and existing leads, applications and offers.Increase conversion at all stages throughout the student lifecycle, from lead to landing, working to Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)to meet and exceed recruitment targets.Liaise with matrix of internal and external multi-disciplinary stakeholders over a range of topics including, but not limited to student recruitment, admissions, academics, compliance, trends and analysis.Take part in events including Education Fairs, Workshops, University Familiarisation visits, etc.About the CandidateFluent in English and at least one foreign language (Spanish or Mandarin preferred, but speakers of other languages are encouraged to apply)Experience in an international student recruitment or admissions setting for the UK higher educationUser level experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareDemonstrable record of delivering on ambitious targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Ability to manage a busy workload to tight deadlines, with excellent organisation and attention to detail.Excellent telephone manners and impeccable writing skills.Client-focused team player who is able to quickly build and maintain rapport with a range of audiences.Awareness of at least one additional international study destination: Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, DubaiKnowledge of, or experience working or studying within, the UK higher educationExperience of working for an international education agentSalary: Competitive with uncapped bonusType: Full timeApplicant must have the right to work in the UK#J-18808-Ljbffr
