The individual will enjoy an interesting and varied mix of legal work, working in a small team with significant client contact and autonomy.Legal matters will include: development site acquisitions, commercial leasing, drafting Deeds of Conditions, asset transfers, property disposals, contract and security workThe role provides a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking for the next step in their career.
