Head of Technical Compliance and Risk Permanent | South London | 62,000 70,000 + benefits | Hybrid working availableApply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Our client is looking for a Head of Technical Compliance and Risk to lead statutory compliance, risk management, and business continuity across a complex multi-campus estate.This high-impact leadership role sits within the Estates and Facilities team and is ideal for a dynamic professional with deep technical knowledge, experience managing compliance across hard FM services, and a passion for continuous improvement.Youll work closely with senior estates, safety, and project leaders to embed robust systems that ensure legal and regulatory compliance across a broad portfolio of sites. The role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to drive meaningful change in a collaborative environment.Key responsibilities:Lead compliance strategy, audit response, and risk management for estates operationsDevelop and maintain business continuity plans and processesProvide assurance on health, safety, and environmental performanceSupport and upskill stakeholders in statutory and technical complianceYou will bring:Extensive experience in estates compliance across large or complex organisationsStrong working knowledge of statutory requirements (asbestos, legionella, CDM15, etc.)Professional membership (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, MIWFM, RICS, CIOB, or similar)Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability
