From salary reviews and pay governance to flexible benefits and share schemes, youll lead projects that directly impact over 13,000 colleagues across Europe.What youll be doingYoull be a senior member of the Reward Team, owning and delivering a range of core programmes including:Leading annual salary reviews, equal pay reviews, and statutory pay reportingManaging flexible benefits renewals, vendor relationships, and network-wide complianceOwning our job architecture framework and Workday job catalogueOverseeing benchmarking, salary survey submissions and market insightsDriving recognition initiatives and leading on our Share Schemes (BAYE, SAYE, LTIP)Acting as a key partner to Business HR and subject matter expert on Reward, Benefits, and PayrollSupporting governance forums and ensuring robust data, systems, and internal communicationsWhat were looking forPrior experience in a Reward & Benefits role within an international and/or listed organisationStrong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups), with analytical confidence and attention to detailProven project management ability and confident working across a complex stakeholder landscapeFamiliarity with Workday, job evaluation methodology (e.g. Towers Watson), and Reward systemsProactive, delivery-focused, and passionate about employee experienceWhat youll getCompetitive salary + up to 20% bonusShare schemes (BAYE, SAYE, LTIP)Exceptional staff travel benefits7% pension, life assurance & flexible benefitsThe role comes with benefits, and Hybrid ways of working in Luton 2 days per week .
