The successful candidate will be able to develop, position, and demonstrate product-specific solutions during sales cycles and consultative cycles with customer, supporting the Customer Solutions and Account Management teams to deliver compelling value proposition to our most strategic existing and prospective customers. PurposeThis role will involve working with Customer Solutions & Account Management to identify, develop and deliver compelling value propositions with supporting resources for new and existing highly strategic customers. For existing customers, Metro is focused on the development of strategic client partnerships via win-win joint value creation initiatives to support building longer term partnerships.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Support the Proactive Qualification of opportunities in conjunction with Commercial and Key Account teams (Support go/no go process of account qualification).Actively participate in RFx processes which require strategic solutions input and effort to develop a value proposal. Maintain and further develop a healthy pipeline of existing and prospective strategic customers, ensuring consistent engagement and identifying opportunities to convert interest into actionable business relationships.Project management of supply chain development engagements, from qualification to value proposition delivery, including positioning and discussion of proposals with Customers in a consultative and proactive manner (in conjunction with Commercial and Key Account Managers).
