Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll support the full spectrum of HR responsibilities - from compliance to wellbeing and engagement.Responsibilities of the HR Officer: -Provide support across the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, absence and performance managementChampion employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives aligned with company valuesEnsure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and regulatory obligationsContribute to HR projects, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements for the HR Officer: -A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar HR Officer or generalist roleUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and experience using HRIS platformsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with strong attention to detailCIPD qualification (full or part) and experience in a professional services environment are highly desirableBenefits:The company likes its team to feel rewarded for a job well done.
