Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.They are looking for a midweight Project manager to join their Marcoms team, working across the board on digital, print and CGI projects with occasional support on the packaging side too.This agency has beautiful offices in West London, open every day however they have a core 1 day a week requirement on site, all members of staff come in on the same day and is a great opportunity to come together and build the meaningful relationships that make this agency so successful.The successful candidate for this will ideally have hands on experience working in a design, branding or packaging agency managing design and communications work experience in managing asset production and CG work would be a bonus. Youre comfortable collaborating with your agency peers in terms of scheduling and delivery of projects and you will need to have strong and proven client liaison skills. Youll be comfortable having conversations with clients to understand their specific project need as well as planning, budgeting and reporting. Your technical skills include a high level of proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel you must know your way around a spreadsheet! Aswell as familiarity with project management and workload scheduling systems. Day to day you will be managing multiple clients and projects, Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track. You will need to be a great trouble shooter, Problem-solving any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, and being able to think on your feet in a calm and professional manner to ensure timely resolution.You will be responsible for all reporting on your projects and be able to prepare and present reports on project performance and project outcomes to clients and senior management.Salary up to 36k 4 days per week remote working with 1 core day in the studio Full at home set up including computer, chair to ensure professional and comfortable set upHoliday 20 days rising to 25 after qualifying period (extra days for birthday and xmas and new year off on top)8% contributory pension and a flex benefits system allowing you to prioritise Salary and benefitsAnnual training and development budget.
