This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team that values technical excellence, care, and forward-thinking legal solutions.What You'll Be DoingYou will be supporting clients through a full range of estate planning services, including:Advising on, drafting, and executing willsCreating and administering trusts (for family, property, or investment purposes)Advising on asset structuring, tax efficiency, and long-term wealth managementSuccession planning for family businesses and high-value estatesSupporting colleagues and collaborating across complex, high-value mattersAbout YouYoure a client-focused and technically confident estate planning lawyer with:2+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client or estate planning workExperience advising HNW individuals (estates of 1m+ desirable)Strong exposure to wills, LPAs, trusts, and inheritance tax planningIdeally, a STEP qualification or ambition to obtain itA commercial mindset, with a track record or appetite for building client and referrer relationshipsA collaborative, compassionate approach to legal servicesWhy Apply?This role offers the chance to join a firm where your contribution is genuinely valued, and your career can flourish.
