They will be responsible for overseeing the HR function within the company. They will manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and lead HR management initiatives.QualificationsExperience in Human Resources and HR ManagementCIPD Level 7 QualifiedKnowledge of Labor and Employment LawSkilled in developing and implementing HR PoliciesExperience in managing Employee RelationsExcellent leadership and communication skills
