This position involves coordinating supply and demand to ensure customer satisfaction across the UK and ROI. You will support capacity forecasting and planning to meet strategic business goals.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Responsibilities:Use digital tools to monitor service demand and supply regularly. Address potential supply and demand issues by considering various solutions. Collaborate with different teams to resolve supply challenges. Provide insights during weekly meetings to help manage demand and make allocation decisions. Ensure data quality for optimal process performance. Follow procedures for all service activities to maintain an effective management system. Ensure accurate data entry for inventory management. Foster communication and engagement within the organization.Key Skills and Requirements:Education equivalent to A-levels and at least five GCSEs, including English and Math. Experience in demand planning is beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
