There is real room for progression within the team.What Youll Work OnYoull support senior solicitors on a broad mix of rural land transactions and advisory work, including:Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and agricultural landAgricultural tenancies and succession planningFirst registrations and title investigationEasements, covenants, and access rightsDevelopment opportunities on rural landClients range from traditional landowners and estates to entrepreneurial land-based businesses and developers.
