This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to develop their career in employment law within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing a varied caseload of employment matters acting for both respondents and claimantsAdvising employers and employees on employment tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and breach of contractHandling disciplinary and grievance procedures for corporate clientsRepresenting claimants in pursuing employment tribunal claimsDrafting employment contracts, policies, and proceduresAdvising on TUPE transfers and redundancy processesConducting employment tribunal advocacy and representation for both sidesProviding strategic HR advice to corporate clientsSupporting business development initiatives and client relationship managementMentoring junior team members where appropriateKey Requirements:Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in employment lawExperience acting for both respondents and claimants in employment matters is desirable but not essentialExperienced in dealing with a caseload of mixed matters including TUPE, unfair dismissal, settlement agreements and discriminationOutstanding drafting abilities and attention to detailStrong commercial awareness and client management skillsAbility to work independently whilst contributing effectively to the teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive approach to business developmentWhat's on Offer?Competitive salaryBonus schemeHealthcare cashplanHybrid working & flexible working arrangementsClear career progression pathwayComprehensive training and development opportunities
