The successful candidate will manage their own client base and caseloads with responsibilities that include:Providing day-to-day employment law advice on both contentious and non-contentious issuesManaging day-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice to meet client needsDrafting and reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, and day-to-day documents such as disciplinary invites and outcome lettersAdvising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment mattersCandidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor or Lawyer (CILEx) with experience in Employment Law, particularly in managing employment tribunal litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesCapable of managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlinesTeam-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid settingHow to ApplyIf your experience and skills align with this role, please submit your CV detailing your suitability for the position.
