Head of School - Alternative Provision | Greater Manchester | 40,000 - 50,000 | Permanent, Full-TimeThe PWR team is working in close partnership with a specialist education provider in Greater Manchester to appoint an experienced Head of School for a full-time, permanent position within a small alternative provision setting.This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a nurturing and highly personalised educational environment. You should have:Significant experience in school leadership (e.g. Head of Department, SLT, Deputy, or Headteacher level)A strong understanding of alternative provision or specialist settingsOversight of core subject delivery, especially English, Maths, and ScienceExperience working with students with SEN and additional needsStrong communication skills and the ability to engage with staff, learners, and external partnersA commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and the promotion of British valuesRequirements:Degree in a relevant subject areaQTS or QTL J-18808-Ljbffr
