The successful candidate will provide professional administrative support to customers whilst working closely with internal production colleagues to allow them to maximise efficiencies and remaining as cost effective as possible. Key duties-Produce effective plans for productionControl stock levels whilst maintaining realistic customer requirementsLease with UK and all export customersCustomer Invoicing and credit notesSupport production through administrative functions.Assess and process all customer quality concernsWhat they're looking forYou will be an engaging and professional communicator who can develop productive relationships internally with colleagues and externally with suppliers, this will be supported by an inquisitive nature that wants to learn about all areas of a fast paced manufacturing environment.
