At Altrad Integrity Services, we are seeking an Instrument Work Preparator to join the team in Great Yarmouth.Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.Preparation of preventive, corrective, extra-ordinary maintenance, and minor maintenance modification work packs considering time, resources, materials, and supporting equipment/tools in line with SHEQ policies and procedures of the asset.Tasks and Responsibilities as Instrument Work Preparator:Prepare work packs in SAP and compile hardcopy work packs where necessaryMeet the maintenance requirements and AMS standards of scope set by the discipline or assetLiaise with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding innovation, cost reduction solutions, and identify areas where suitable improvements can be madeChallenge, where appropriate, the existing standardsEnsure all work to be executed complies with the offshore QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) responsibilitiesSupport and assist the Maintenance Team leader, Maintenance Supervisor, and Execution Team in their responsibilities/ duties as described belowRole model in safe work preparation and safe working practicesCompletion of site surveys to resolve queries, check scope, and aid preparationResponsible for the intelligibility of the content of the work packs for the execution workforceAssist with the resolving of conflicts between simultaneous jobs at the execution location in order to meet asset targetsLiaise with repair contractors , manufacturers, vendors and engineering department where necessaryEnsure integrity of data stored in maintenance support systems such as SAP are maintained and accurateLiaise with Maintenance Team Lead and/or Maintenance Supervisor regarding cost reduction solutions and identify areas where suitable improvements can be madeIdentify proposed engineering changes, repairs, or constructions that are not like for like and escalate/implement management of change processesJOB REQUIREMENTSAt Altrad Integrity Services, we attach great value to the key competences of our employees.
