The RoleLondon South East Colleges is seeking to recruit a Multi Channel Marketer Apprentice to work as a Lead Generation and Telemarketing Apprentice. Post holders will operate in a target-driven environment, focusing on lead generation and demonstrating adaptability within a team setting. They will work closely with the Directorate and other College staff, with responsibilities subject to review and adjustment by the line manager in response to evolving service needs. The Apprentice will: Proactively make outbound calls to achieve and exceed targets. Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from employers via telephone, postal, and electronic communication. Execute diverse marketing campaigns, including cold calling, email, postal marketing, and newsletters. Re-establish partnerships by reconnecting with former employers. Maintain accurate records of leads and campaigns. Generate and analyze reports to support marketing efforts. Ensure data accuracy within the CRM system. Build strong relationships with employers based on trust. Invite customers to events and represent the college externally. Meet activity targets and KPIs consistently. General DutiesAttending meetings, representing the college at events, participating in training, maintaining skills, and ensuring data and safety compliance are essential parts of the role. The post may require performing duties beyond those listed, with responsibilities subject to change. Skills and ExperienceApplicants should have good interpersonal skills and aspire to achieve the Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship.
