GRAPHIC DESIGNER | HIGH WYCOMBEWe’re looking for a fabulous Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The purpose of this role is to support the Creative & Production Manager in creating innovative campaigns across social media channels and in-store graphics. This includes producing video and photography projects, as well as delivering high-standard artwork in a timely manner.Location: this role requires you to come to the High Wycombe office 3 days a week Contract Type: Fixed-TermWhat You’ll DoSupport the design and delivery of a wide range of creative materials, including POS, social media content, brochures, magazines, and digital/print ads, ensuring alignment with The Perfume Shop’s brand identity. Manage the development of accurate artwork for various formats, meet project deadlines, prepare POS packs for new stores, and handle missing signage requests in a timely manner. Work closely with internal teams, including eCommerce and marketing, to align creative campaigns across platforms; supporting design and print needs of various departments. Contribute ideas for editorial/digital designs, ensure innovation and customer-focused experiences, maintain awareness of trends and competitors, and quality-controlled photography, signage, and video content. Utilise HTML/CSS knowledge for digital media design, edit videos for multiple platforms, manage or assist in photo/video shoots, and liaise with printers for production needs.What You’ll Bring3+ years of experience in the design industry with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, artwork creation, print production, Photoshop retouching, and video editing. A commercial mindset, understanding of customer journey, and ability to refine and communicate compelling commercial messages through design and copywriting. Strong skills in developing campaign hooks, straplines, and impactful POS materials; has an ability for design and a strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling. Work well within a team and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in presenting ideas and liaising with third parties to ensure high-quality output. Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, high attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to adapt, learn, and contribute beyond design when needed.What You’ll Gain25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy additional days.
