Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Runcorn for a Technical Assistant. The Technical Assistant will provide technical support and assistance, perform analytical tasks, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer service, and supporting the technical team in various operational activities.
