As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and helping maintain the store’s appearance. As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will be constantly looking for ways to improve service in your store through on-the-job coaching and feedback. With your guidance, your store will always remain a safe place to work and shop. You will be Responsible For Serving customers with passion and pride, providing natural and great service. Encouraging customers to give feedback via the ‘have your say’ survey. Working across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending, and stock routines to meet customer needs. Practicing safety in all tasks based on received training. Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere. Understanding store performance and your role in delivering profit. Living our values, making everyone feel welcome, and following policies. Clocking in and out at shift start and end for accurate payment. Following security procedures and wearing safety equipment to keep everyone safe. Following the think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products. Responding promptly to assistance calls, explaining actions to customers. Keeping the store clean, tidy, and organized. Potentially running shifts in absence of senior staff. Following all training to ensure safety and legality.
