Job Overview12 month fixed term contract for external applicants or 12 month secondment opportunity for internal applicants.Are you a registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist?Our Crisis Resolution Home Team is looking to recruit a Mental Health PractitionerThe team is based at Hall Court in Telford and provides mental health assessment, treatment and support to people in Telford & Wrekin. As an integral team in the Urgent Care Pathway we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a varying rostered shift pattern. We work with people who are experiencing a mental health crisis, require extra support alongside their regular support network or who can have the same treatment provided at home that they would receive in a Mental Health Hospital.We are a team that consists of Band 5 and 6 Nurses, Band 3 Support Workers, Non-Medical Prescribers, Medical Staff, Occupational Therapists Social Workers, Administrators and Business Support Staff.
