You will be experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and able to manage both people and the business whilst keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.You will be accountable for delivering an excellent and efficient service to the school whilst meeting strict food and labour cost targets.The successful applicant will be responsible for on-site catering at Mill Ford Primary school and will lead an already established team in the kitchen. We are looking for a candidate who has the relevant commercial catering experience and ideally has managerial catering experience within a commercial kitchen.You will be able to demonstrate experience in mass catering at a supervisory level and have an understanding of all Food Safety Legislation and Food Standards for Schools.
