We’re looking for a confident and skilled Head Prep Chef Chef to join our award winning El Gato Negro restaurant in the heart of Manchester’s King Street.You’ll work alongside a dedicated brigade in a high-quality, modern Spanish kitchen, where fresh ingredients and teamwork are the core of everything we do.In this role, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the prep kitchen.
