About the Role As Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring efficient execution across the company. Working closely with the CEO, you will act as a key advisor and facilitator, helping to shape the future direction of Stakemate. In particular, you will have a key role in our financial and operational departments - ensuring smooth operations and aligning our growing team with the companys vision and goals. Core Duties and Responsibilities Partner with the CEO to drive company strategy and execution. Lead strategic projects focused on the company growth (in particular as we set up offices in new jurisdictions). Assist in fundraising efforts, investor relations, and stakeholder communications. Act as a liaison between leadership and department heads to streamline decision-making. Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion. Facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring agendas are focused, productive, and outcome-oriented. Provide analytical support, including data collection, financial report generation, and insights for key business decisions. Help with hiring efforts across the team and jurisdictions. What We Are Looking For Experience as a high-performer in an MBB consulting environment or equivalent. Proven experience in a high-growth tech environment is a nice-to-have. Proficient in excel, powerpoint, and financial modeling. Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across different levels of the organization. Problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
