With a strong presence in the UK market, we’re now looking to strengthen our team in Scotland.The RoleWe’re looking for a driven and passionate Teamwear Sales Account Manager to lead our growth across Scotland. You’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts, building relationships with new clients, and expanding Joma’s presence across grassroots and elite sport.Key Responsibilities● Manage and grow a portfolio of teamwear accounts across Scotland● Identify and onboard new business opportunities (clubs, schools, universities, associations, retailers)● Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong partner relationships● Promote Joma’s full product range and seasonal collections● Attend key events, trade shows, and club meetings as a brand ambassador● Work closely with the internal team to manage orders, deliveries, and aftercareWhat We’re Looking For● Proven track record in sales or account management (sportswear/teamwear experience preferred)● Excellent relationship-building and communication skills● Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong understanding of the local sporting landscape● Willingness to travel within the region● Passion for sport and representing a performance-led brandWhat We Offer● Competitive base salary + commission● Car allowance + expenses● Joma product allowance● Opportunities for progression within a growing brand● Supportive, team-focused culture
