What you’ll be doing:As a key part of the delivery operations team, you’ll shape the Ocado customer experience through impactful site based training and development. You will:Deliver training to new and existing staff on customer service, food safety, manual handling, and safe systems of workProvide both practical and theory-based driver coaching to improve risk awareness, driving skills, and promote a positive driving mindsetOffer constructive feedback and track trainee progressKeep training records accurate, complete, and audit-readyBe responsible for delivering the full suite of training required at the site, including Site Marshal training.
