This includes running regular market trackers (covering things like market share and procedural volume), as well as managing custom surveys and phone-based qualitative studies. Youll also work with internal teamslike editorial, sales, and eventsto ensure research aligns with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support a small team of researchersLead quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finishDeliver ongoing market tracking reports and one-off custom researchDesign and script surveys (e.g. in Qualtrics), analyse results, and create clear, useful reportsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsHelp develop new research products and contribute to proposalsWork closely with other teams to share insights and guide strategyWhat Were Looking For5+ years in market research (agency or in-house), with strong quant skillsExperience with market sizing, share tracking, or trend dataKnowledge of healthcare, life sciences or MedTech (or strong interest in learning)Comfortable leading projects and mentoring team membersStrong in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SPSS, Power BI or similar tools is a plusGood communicator with a commercial mindset and attention to detailProactive and full of ideaskeen to improve processes and grow the function#J-18808-Ljbffr
