We provide electric bikes for rental, used by couriers across London, powered by our proprietary charging station technology and a growing network of urban hubs.The RoleWere looking for a Launch & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of new hubs, manage upgrade projects for live sites, and contribute to technical R&D efforts that scale and future-proof our network globally. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on coordinating operations, managing vendors, and bringing complex physical and digital systems to life.What You'll Do1. Hub Launch Project ManagementOwn the entire lifecycle of launching new hubs from surveys to go-liveCoordinate electrical and internet feasibility assessmentsManage layout planning, contractor scheduling, and equipment deliveriesOversee on-site installs: wiring, cages, chargers, access control, internetDeploy routers and ensure telemetry connectivityTest and sign off with stakeholders, manage hand over to operations teams2. Projects for Live Hubs & Infrastructure InnovationPlan and execute infrastructure upgrades: new bike racks, fibre internet installation, electrical upgradesLead technical R&D projects to improve hub efficiency and capacityExamples: high-density bike layouts, power capacity expansion, smarter access systemsInvestigate and test solutions like AI-enabled CCTV, environmental sensors, and energy monitoringPilot and deploy advanced site technologies with internal or external collaboratorsDocument findings, conduct field trials, and contribute to rollout plans3.
