Our client is an entrepreneurial Private Equity Investor who invests across a range of sectors. They have recently completed deals in Tech, Media, Healthcare Industrials and Payments. The small team are looking to hire an Associate to join a lean team that will afford the individual joining plenty of responsibility and autonomy from the outset.Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.Key Responsibilities:Investment Analysis & Due DiligenceConduct financial modelling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis), and sensitivity analysis.Perform industry research, market sizing, and competitive landscape assessments.Support due diligence efforts including coordination with legal, accounting, and operational advisors.Deal ExecutionAssist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.Participate in deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation processes.Sourcing & Market IntelligenceIdentify and evaluate new investment opportunities through proactive sourcing and networking.Qualifications:Two to Four years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity.Exceptional academic credentials; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of commercial awareness.Results-oriented and proactive, with a creative approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.Fluency in English with an additional European language a nonessential plus.Please submit a CV via the link to start a confidential conversation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
