This role is ideal for someone with strong design skills and a sharp eye for layout, looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, technically driven environment. You'll be responsible for creating engaging visual content for bids, proposals, technical documents, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.Key Responsibilities:Bid & Proposal DesignCollaborate with bid and technical teams to design visually compelling bid documents, capability statements, and submission materials.Ensure all submissions are brand-compliant and meet high standards of clarity, structure, and aesthetics.Technical Document FormattingApply consistent branding and formatting to detailed technical reports, ensuring readability and professionalism.Develop and maintain templates for recurring document types (e.g., whitepapers, feasibility studies, design reports).Presentation DesignCreate polished PowerPoint and visual presentation materials for internal use (e.g., leadership briefings, staff meetings) and external use (e.g., client pitches, conferences).Support senior stakeholders in storytelling and visual communication.Brand & Visual CommunicationUphold and evolve the companys brand guidelines across all collateral.Contribute to the development of infographics, iconography, diagrams, and other visual assets to enhance technical communication.Collaboration & Project ManagementWork closely with marketing, engineering, and business development teams.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.Skills & Experience Required:35 years of professional design experience, ideally in an engineering, architectural, or professional services environment.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.Experience working with large documents and complex information hierarchies.Ability to interpret technical content and present it visually in a clear, concise, and engaging way.Meticulous attention to detail and consistency.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident working with non-design stakeholders.Desirable:Familiarity with bid management processes.Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive PDFs.Understanding of accessibility and usability in document design.Equal OpportunitiesKeltbray are an equal opportunities employer, and we are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable#J-18808-Ljbffr
