This role is based in our EU office in London and is essential in ensuring administrative efficiency and interdepartmental collaboration across the region.The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will support the operations function by managing administrative tasks, monitoring procedures, and helping to optimise processes.ResponsibilitiesHandle internal and external correspondence and ensure timely communication across teamsOrganise and maintain operational files, records, and documentationAssist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reportingCoordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company eventsMonitor performance indicators and prepare analytical reports for managementSupport operational project planning and follow-up on key deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and proceduresProvide hands-on support in implementing new operational processesIdentify inefficiencies and propose improvement actionsRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field1 to 2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or office coordinationStrong organisation and time-management skills with a problem-solving mindsetHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointDesirable but Not EssentialExperience working in a fast-growing retail or consumer goods companyFamiliarity with business systems (ERP, expense reporting tools, etc.)Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish)Experience working across departments or international teamsYour ApplicationIf the opportunity sounds interesting to you, please apply with your updated CV via Apply Now or email to eu.hr@popmart.com.#J-18808-Ljbffr
