Construction Project Manager Industrial & Commercial Projects London/South East My client, a well-established property consultancy with a strong track record in delivering industrial and commercial real estate schemes, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing Project & Building Consultancy division.Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and technically proficient Project Manager to take ownership of CAT A/B fit-outs, refurbishments, and industrial redevelopment projects for a diverse client base of investors, landlords, and developers.Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial projects, from feasibility and planning through to procurement, construction, and handover Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, providing strategic input, and ensuring schemes are aligned with commercial goals Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including internal building surveyors, external consultants, and contractors Prepare and manage detailed project programmes, risk registers, and cost plans Provide regular reporting to clients on progress, quality, and risk, maintaining high standards of communication and transparency Monitor contractor performance, compliance, and health & safety standards during site works Support team leads in business development, including preparing bids, attending pitches, and identifying opportunities within the industrial and logistics sector Required Skills & Experience: A proven track record of delivering construction projects in the industrial, logistics, or commercial office sectors Strong contract administration skills (JCT preferred), with sound knowledge of construction delivery and fit-out processes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment Relevant degree (e.g., Building Surveying, Construction Management) and ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) or working towards The Offer: Salary in the region of 50,000 65,000, depending on experience Annual bonus based on performance- between 8-12% Car allowance or travel support 25 days holiday public holidays Flexible and hybrid working options Ongoing professional development and structured APC support if required A collegiate, non-hierarchical culture with long-term career progression If youre a confident project manager with industrial and commercial sector experience looking to join a forward-thinking consultancy, this is an ideal opportunity to step up and make a difference.
