A new role for an Employment Solicitor (24 PQE) with a long-established, recognised firm in Coventry.Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.Youll be part of a small, genuinely supportive team and work across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious Employment law, acting for both Claimants and Respondents.The role is full-time with hybrid working (12 days from home) after probation.Typical work includes: Redundancies Settlement agreements Unfair dismissal Discrimination claims Drafting/advising on contracts General HR advice Youll also support business clients with employment queries, so confidence in handling files independently and being client-facing is key.What theyre looking for: 24 years PQE (Solicitor or CILEX) Comfortable working independently across a varied caseload A proactive, down-to-earth approach Driving licence and own transport required (due to location)
