RFP Writer | London | Investment Management A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced RFP Writer/Manager to join its Distribution team.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.You'll drive the creation of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring outputs reflect the firms capabilities and meet client expectations.This role blends strategic thinking, content creation, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities Manage Oversee end-to-end delivery of proposal responses for UK and international clients.Write Create accurate, engaging content using data, technology, and AI tools.Collaborate Work with investment, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to gather and verify input.Maintain Keep proposal databases current and optimised.Deliver Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or consistency.Support Contribute to strategic initiatives in new markets and service areas.Track Maintain accurate records to support workflow and content governance.About You 5 years' experience in proposal writing within investment or wealth management.Strong understanding of financial services and products; ESG knowledge a plus.Excellent written communication and attention to detail.Skilled in gathering and translating technical input into compelling content.Confident working cross-functionally and managing competing deadlines.Familiarity with proposal tools and distribution processes (e.g., Dasseti, Qvidian) Industry qualifications preferred.
