Broking Systems Project ManagerA high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.- Insurance- OUTSIDE IR35 Our client, a leader in the Insurance market, are recruiting for a Project Manager to work on an OpenTwins Implementation Broking Systems Project Manager Proven track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams within large-scale, global software delivery projects.Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking.Experience working with Trace / OpenTwins reinsurance broking platform.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).Proven capability in the management of detailed project plans.Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity.Proven leadership and ability to work well in a team environment, including meeting facilitation Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal; collaborating with stakeholders with high expectations.Ability to work in a complex and changing environment.Effective problem solving skills based on clear reasoning and sound rationale, coupled with excellent decision-making abilities.Tactful, diplomatic and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment.Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues.Ability to work pro-actively, under pressure and independently with minimal direction.Commutable to London and happy to travel if required.Please apply!
