A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.All of our work is designed to create powerful, emotional connections between brands and audiences.Tin Mans communications with heart approach has helped change behaviour, challenge perceptions, increase brand equity and enhance bottom lines for household brands including Virgin Atlantic, Mondelez, Warner Bros, Hilton, Guide Dogs, Vodafone, Dunelm, Tesco and Cafdirect .The Role Were looking for an experienced and inspiring Practice Director to join our leadership team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave later this year.This key role will oversee a diverse, high profile portfolio of household brands in sectors including travel & tourism, retail, consumer technology, energy and utilities.Youll be responsible for driving client strategy, leading and motivating a high-performing team, and continuing to grow a commercially successful and thriving practice.Responsibilities Model client service excellence and provide strategic counsel to senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor Lead and oversee integrated communications campaigns, ensuring outstanding delivery Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering development and collaboration Drive business growth within the practice area, including client retention and new business Collaborate with agency leadership to shape direction, culture, and performance Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience at Director or Head of level in a Consumer PR agency Strong leadership and team management skills A track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and client satisfaction Excellent commercial acumen and confidence in financial oversight Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills Comfortable stepping into a leadership role on a fixed-term basis with immediate impact Due to the high volume of applications, we can only contact those shortlisted for the role.
