Were looking for a Lead Clinician / Site Lead who will be at the forefront of delivering and coordinating high-quality clinical services across multiple sites within a geographical locality.About the Role This pivotal role involves overseeing therapeutic services, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions, and leading multidisciplinary collaboration.Youll champion an integrated model of care and play a crucial role in promoting positive outcomes for those with complex needs including trauma, neurodiversity, and mental health challenges.Key Responsibilities Include : Leading and coordinating clinical input for both new admissions and existing service users Delivering training on trauma-informed care and neurodiversity to internal teams Ensuring alignment of clinical services with EHCPs and regulatory standards Line managing clinicians and overseeing performance, supervision, and development Supporting quality assurance, safeguarding, governance, and service improvement initiatives Youll work closely with operational leaders, care teams, educational staff, and external professionals including families, placing authorities, and inspection bodies to ensure cohesive, person-centred care.What Were Looking For: Qualified Allied Health Professional, Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Counsellor Registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., HCPC, BACP, UKCP) Proven experience working with children, young people and/or adults with complex needs Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills Ability to deliver training, manage multiple services, and influence cultural and operational change Why Apply?
