If you are passionate about using technology to improve core business KPIs, streamline routines, and transform data into actionable insights, we want you to join our team.What You'll Do:As our Digital Transformation Engineer, you will lead the deployment of digital solutions that improve the way we work across construction projects. You will focus on improving operational performance by creating and managing digital systems, dashboards and Power BI reports that track key business metrics and processes. You will also support the development of solutions using programming languages an PowerApps and software integrations enabling seamless integration of data systems. Your role will involve optimizing how we visualize and interact with data, ensuring that decision-making is driven by accurate, real-time insights. You will enhance user engagement, user experience, ensure data security and compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support the integration of digital solutions to improve efficiency across all levels of the business. With travel across multiple construction sites in the UK, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, youll help shape the future of our operations.Key Responsibilities:Process Optimization: Work with business leaders and the OpEx Team to identify areas for improvement and create digital solutions that enhance core business KPIs, optimize routines, and streamline processes across the organization.Digital Integration & Dashboard Development: Build dynamic Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights into project performance, operational efficiency, and quality metrics.Programming & Data Integration: Use programming languages such as JSON, Python, and other relevant technologies including AI to integrate data systems and enhance the functionality of digital solutions.Compliance: Ensure digital solutions are compliant with business policies and legislation. Ensure relevant audits are performed, manage actions and relevant reporting requirements.What Were Looking For:Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, able to engage effectively with project teams, site personnel, and leadership to drive the successful adoption of digital solutions.Programming, Power BI & Data Analytics Skills: Expertise with programming languages, creating Power BI dashboards and using data analytics tools to analyse business KPIs and process performance.
