For you its the chance to hone your tax technical, project management and client service skills with interesting and complex assignments to help clients of all sizes succeed.The team comprises a mix of home-grown (including at partner level) and externally recruited talent. That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with them and building long-lasting relationships.Youll be someone who is both comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with seniors, colleagues and clients to help businesses effectively.Youll be someone with:Previous experience with and interest in UK VAT.Responsibility to build and manage your own advisory portfolio, supported by the Director and Partner.Attention to detail and clear communication styleWillingness to build and grow a network in the Reading officeExperience of dealing directly with HMRCCTA or equivalent qualified or part qualifiedYoull be able to be yourself; well recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
