They are seeking an accomplished Framework Director to spearhead the delivery and growth of major projects across North West England. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex programmes, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and commercial performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery of multi-disciplinary utility frameworks, ensuring all projects meet or exceed client expectations.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, regulators, and supply chain partners.Oversee financial performance, risk management, and compliance across all frameworks.Champion a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence.Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.The PersonYou will be an experienced senior leader with a proven track record in the UK utilities sector, ideally across water, gas, and/or power. Essential Criteria:Substantial experience in a senior leadership role within the utilities sector.Demonstrable expertise in managing large-scale frameworks or major infrastructure programmes.Strong commercial, financial, and contractual acumen.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Inspirational leadership style with a focus on team development and stakeholder engagement.Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
